So I just wanted to let you all know how my weigh in went this morning!!
Now just to catch you all up if you did not read last weeks weigh in update. Last week I dropped 5.2 pounds. Today’s weigh in I had dropped 2.6 pounds!!! So my total weight loss is 7.8 pounds in 2 weeks!
Now I am sure I could have dropped more weight but I did not exercise as much and I had a few days where I ate some not so healthy stuff.
I only went over my points one day so that was pretty good but still!!
I am still very happy about it!!!
